Letter to the author of I, Rigoberta Menchu

Dear Rigoberta Menchu:

I have not too long ago study your autobiography I, Rigoberta Menchu, in which your portrayed as an oppressed however ultimately triumphant victim of classism, racism, colonialism, and of course sexism. In your book you talk about your household, a Quiche Indian loved ones, which was quite poor. The little plot of land that the household owned did not produce adequate to feed absolutely everyone. Life on a plantation was harsh.
